I had wanted that green tank poulan 3450 Fuzz had for sale but I resisted. Yesterday I had a visit by ole squarefile. I had showed him my project 60cc 3450 and had just told him I would be better off buying a whole saw instead of parts to finish. After we got done shooting the crap and making a few test cuts. I came in and checked the puter. Low and behold looky what I found 5mins from me. After 5min rag wipe off and 30 min check over ready to go.
Someday I will get in the mood to put the like new 60cc topend from the project 3450 on it. Plus have all those 3450 parts left over. Other one needed covers and thinking handle.
SF, I felt bad the other day Fri in USD training. This older guy my age was complaining about being sore getting whooped on in the group he was in. I yelled across the room, its because your ole azz belongs in the 50 and over group over here to follow the grey and not with the young kids. I should have said young men not kids as they were 21-26 or so. Just felt bad for calling them kids. Sad thing is I got more time in there then they are old.
Kevin, our bench is CLEAN(!), first time I've seen that! Usually covered with all kinds of projects. What has happened lately withthe Harley project saw?
Saws have taken a back seat as I am battling car suv truck fixes. Matter of fact had a PS cooler go out today driving to work and lost all the fluid. So today I have to figure out how to get the grill off and see where all thos freaking lines from PS to cooler in front of Rad are. Son coming in for weekend and I have to do hub bearings on his. Noticed it while visiting him a weekend or so ago. Never ends and got enough running saws so the projects just set. At least 4-6 now waiting.
I hated calling them kids in front of a whole room of folks. I been there when I first hired in. I am really surprised 1 didnt say something back, I was waiting for it. I know I sure would have back in my early days. I speak whats on my mind good or bad.
