Steak Night

    Hit the 10 year anniversary mark with the wife this week. Making some steaks on the pit tonight. Strip steaks cooked over apple and oak. Might even grill up a little lettuce for a wilted salad with some homemade bacon vinaigrette (the bacon is home-made too).

    Soooo... now I'm hungry.

    I'll try but it will probably be a blur. Steaks go fast when I'm around. I don't have one of those high speed discovery channel cameras.

    Our 16th anniversary is in three weeks....we celebrate by going to a local tavern that was built in the 1750's for a nice candlelight dinner....

    You are doing good, by the way, our anniversary is also in 3 weeks, on the 25th. This will be our 44th. We will also go out for a calm evening dinner. I tried to convince my wife that we should get married on Halloween, but she wanted nothing to do with that idea.
