Our 17 year old nephew is really into making pizza. He enjoyed cooking on our Ooni so much, he found a deal on one on Marketplace. He’s cracking pizzas out for his family almost weekly now.

It's been weeks since we fired the stone oven, kinda looks like it'll be getting fired this coming weekend and I'll be sure to post.

Had an impromptu pizza night last night. Ended up firing the oven when I got home from work and we made three 16" pies.
Getting the oven going, watching "Tombstone" on the big screen!

I can taste it from here.

Funny coincidence as I saw a 1978 Trans am getting gas at the pump across from me when I got gas yesterday morning. Quick chat with the guy and I mentioned that movie.

Tombstone? Isn't that a kind of frozen pizza?? I've never had it.

The movie? Good western. Silverado is my favorite.

Silverado is a great movie! For what I classify as the more modern westerns, I would say it's my second favorite after Open Range. Still watch all the old John Wayne/Clint Eastwood/etc. westerns.
