One of the ram's wheels was coated in brake dust something awful. I tried to clean it up a bit, and made some difference, but it'll need more/better sponges than I had tonight. I'll give it another go after I replace the brakes.

Got the ford pretty clean though.

Well, my fridge picked a fine time to misbehave. I have a circa 2010 Kenmore fridge that came with the house when I bought it in 2013. Yesterday, it started running full time instead of "resting" between compressor runs. The freezer is cold and ice cream still frozen, but the fridge became warmer than usual. The fridge did start cooling down when I turned down the temp (which, conversely, is actually turning up the number setting - so I went from #1 to #2 setting).

The timing is good because of the Labor Day sales going on right now. But, it makes me nervous as the few models that fit my modest needs, can't be delivered until late this month or even the beginning of October. My needs are simple, a side that is less than 32" so it can fit thru the door, bottom freezer (prefer with a door, not a drawer), a depth of 30-33" (without water dispenser on the outside (I don't have a water line, so don't need on inside either - but they can be ignored), and prefer NOT Smart.

When did even smaller fridges start having double doors instead of single door? I think that cuts down on the actual useable space in the door.

It may just need the coils cleaned...that will cause the symptoms you list.
That or with a bottom freezer you have an evaporator fan that pushes the cold air from the freezer up to the fridge...that died on my Amana that was just out of warranty...it was about $25. On that model it wasn't hard to replace.

The good news is, we got a free fridge. :)

The bad news is, a transmission line is leaking on my truck :(
