    Jeff I would immediately build a small butcher house complete with cooler on one end and a walk in smoker on the other. Also acquire a large professional grinder, sausage mixer and stuffer. Already, you would never lack for smoker wood. Once you have all that covered, harvest your pigs, build up some sausage inventory and next GTG is at your place!:D:beerbbq::grizz:

    I have a friend with a scope, just got to put it on the rifle and have time to go sit in the stand.
