Hey all.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have decided that it's time to let Holly go.

She's had issues with her health for almost a year now. The meds helped for a while, but her lipoma expanded almost 2 weeks ago, and it's probably the size of a softball at this point.

She has again no use of her left front leg, and it's causing her pain.

I can't in good conscience keep her suffering so that I may be spared the consequences of her loss for a "bit longer".

It's a price we all pay when it comes to pets.
The bill is due.

Raise a salute to one hell of a good pup.

I'm so sorry about Holly. It's awful tough to give up such a good friend, but you know you're making the best decision for her. Dogs have added so much to my life, but I still miss all the ones who are gone. Rest well, Miss Holly.

 

Thank you for loving Holly enough to make hard choices..

 

I know your anguish, been there done that. It’s never easy but it’s absolutely the most humane final gift we could give our best pet buddies

 

So sorry for your loss. It is difficult and heart wrenching when it is time to let them go peacefully.
