I know I've told you this before, but I really enjoy your photos. A very different part of the world than the one in which I live, but that's more my kind of "beach" than the hot, sunny, sandy type. We made a visit to the northern Maine coast some years ago and really enjoyed it. I know you're further north, but it looks much the same. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks very much. We do have our share of sandy beaches, but the hot and sunny part comes and goes. I don't mind a rocky beach one bit either.
I had my first paid photo gig last month for an event that helps raise money for a local rescued animal zoo. That weekend also happened to be the championship game for my son's little league and I volunteered to take baseball pictures that entire week of playoffs. Between the zoo event and baseball I easily took over 3,000 photos lol. I'm not going to post pictures of kids or strangers here but here are some of the animal shots I took when I had close access to the animals a few weeks before the actual event. These were shot with vintage canon glass. For the actual event I picked up a sigma 24-70mm art lens. and I actually rented a Sigma 150-600mm sports zoom for baseball playoffs. Both are really nice lenses.
Love the peacock shot. Nice to look at in photos but really noisy to live next too. Mom and Dad had neighbours who let the peacocks roam wild.
