    The main thing for today is to make sure I am ready for the GTG. I am aiming to not forget to bring something. Seems too many times I forget something. Twice I even forgot my wallet. Nuts! The first time I was 20 miles from home so turned around to retrieve it. The second time was awful. I was going out of state and was over 200 miles from home when I discovered I was penny-less. Fortunately a good friend loaned me some money so I could at least buy gas to get back home.

    Looks like another cool and wet day here. Unfortunately MI has been getting plenty of bad storms. Fortunately, the bad ones miss us.

    Yeah.... Just over an hour from the NH border.

    Taxes suck, but the house has been paid off for decades. So, basically electric, propane, and yearly septic pump and chimney cleaning are non-optipnal costs.

    Makes me think about hanging cement siding over the winter in our big snowstorm and days when it way 7°. I'd much rather sweat and be able to feel my fingers and toes
