Third load cut Wednesday. It was still a little muddy on the driveway where I pull in. Split most of it off the truck. Elm and soft maple. Some general cordage, some for bundle inventory. DSCF0006.JPG DSCF0007.JPG DSCF0007.JPG Fourth load cut yesterday. Soft maple, elm, cherry and catalpa which was buried underneath. DSCF0011.JPG DSCF0012.JPG Nice cooler day so entire load split after. Most went to general cordage. Pile of bundle splits on the right. DSCF0014.JPG When I left yesterday. Has to be three loads left plus the skinny logs on the stump pile. DSCF0013.JPG Ill cut another load soon

Nice Brad! Are those noodles from you?

You could always dump a little Sriracha on there for a fiberous lunch! ; )

Yes The elm iv e been noodling even the medium rounds just to make them a little cleaner when split. If the maple wont split after a few whacks with the Isocore, ill revert to noodling.

I like the fiber idea. I need the roughage! :D

Load number five today. 60% elm with soft maple and catalpa topping it off. Going to store the elm in the round for a while to try the easy split idea. DSCF0023.JPG DSCF0024.JPG

Load six today. Wanted to beat the heat coming later this week. DSCF0040.JPG DSCF0041.JPG When I arrived DSCF0038.JPG when I left. One load left on the log deck and another with the smalls. DSCF0039.JPG Split everything but the sugar maple. General cordage on the left, bundle splits right. DSCF0043.JPG
Possibly going back this weekend. Gotta move some firewood first.

Moved about half the bundle wood next door and stacked on Thursday.
Pics after DSCF0058.JPG Moved the rest yesterday. After DSCF0059.JPG DSCF0060.JPG Nuggets moved too. Left bin was empty, right bin has semi seasoned/dead chunks. DSCF0061.JPG Cord plus of rounds and nuggets still to process plus another cord at the cut.

Seventh load. Cherry, catalpa, red and sugar maple. Starting to feel like Summer here so the humidity slowed me. Luckily a breeze and mostly cloudy. DSCF0076.JPG DSCF0077.JPG One partial log left. Ill get with all the skinnies on the next load. DSCF0070.JPG DSCF0071.JPG Couple dirty trunks in back I could cut too, just awkward to get at. DSCF0072.JPG With seven loads cut I'm close to four cords for the score.
