Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Morning all. Partially cloudy this morning. I think it is going to do this all day.

We got the firewood processed. There was room in the woodshed. campinspecter said we needed three more wheelbarrow loads to totally fill it up. I think we did really well.

I worked on my shredding. I have twenty years of archives to shred. Just receipts, invoices and cheques - nothing of importance. After a while you really don't need to keep that stuff.

Too hot the last couple of days. Managed to get the garden tilled once more and began planting after making a couple of unscheduled runs......at 4.40 a gallon!

Yesterday........

 

It got up to 90 yesterday and we may have a repeat today. Summer is here.

 

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 75⁰ now, heading towards 88⁰, humid, mostly cloudy, may get another thunderstorm...off today, so we brought our oldest granddaughter to a Dr appointment @9AM. They will probably want something to eat afterwards. After we dropped them (her family came too) off, we need to check on a job, see if it's too wet. I drove through one of our fields yesterday looking at some hog rooting damage, had to put tractor in 4x4, front tires were just pushing in the dirt.
The smoker works great...pulled some off and made some sammiches for supper (dinner for the city folks)....
Got 2 bowls from 2 8# butts.

Morning all. I was up at 5:15 AM for a bathroom break. Gorgeous sunrise and no I didn't get a picture.

Baseball this morning, hopefully they win, grocery shopping and maybe some yard work this afternoon.

I filled 5 of those big paper yard waste bags with shredded paper. I still have more to go but recycling is picking those ones up today.
I think I have to go through my own records and start winnowing out the old paper stuff.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 73⁰ outside, cloudy with light rain ...something is dripping off the roof...another. 27 in the last 24 hrs. Last day off, hope to go do some tractor mowing/clean up job for a friend and get more white oak and hickory logs, maybe another day on that part. Going out to dinner with friends tonight.
