My last scrounge had me parked on a typical narrow New England main road. I wasn’t able to park over the curb, so I took up a good portion of the lane. While I did have my 4 ways on, I realized the gates on the trailer partially blocked those. For a bit of extra insurance, I picked these up off of Amazon; $17 for 3. They have multiple different modes, USB C chargeable, magnet on the back and a hook on the back. I put two in the truck and one in the SUV. No affiliation; just sharing. Stay safe out there!
Great idea. Safety is my main priority when scrounging roadside. Line of site for traffic in both ways and my being able to pull off the road as far as I can. I have my two 3' tall cones I use as well. Cut safe and hoard on!
You have to hit the right button sequence to get it in to “Brad Locust Mode”. I believe it summons a police escort if you are driving the right kind of pickup truck with a special tailgate.
