Smoked some baby backs for dinner tonight on the pellet grill

2 slabs ribs -- remove membrane from bone side
rub meat side with brown sugar and refrigerate overnight
remove from fridge mid morning, apply your favorite pork rub generously to slabs, back in fridge till ready to cook
pre heat grill, grill at 275 degrees for 3 hours, apply favorite sauce last 20 minutes of cook---enjoy

Rubbed down and on the grill

How many were eating and do you purposely cook too much? Did you have a lot of leftovers? It seems so easy to cook on that pellet grill that you might cook more often.

Very nice looking ribs. What flavor of smoke did you use?

tonight there were only 3 of us as my oldest is away at college, yes I usually cook alot at a time, especially when doing a pork butt ( for pulled pork) or a brisket and I well freeze it for later meals.
i well take left over ribs into work today for lunch and then both slabs well be all gone
I use the grill fairly often. I like to do burgers and steaks on it as well as smoking larger cuts. I 'm do to smoke another pork belly and slice it into bacon
