Dark and just a little light rain. This might be a good week to try getting in a little saw time if my back can take it. First I need to finish making kindling and getting it stacked where it can dry quickly. A few other little jobs, including removing wheel from golf cart and getting tire fixed.

OK, I take it you didn't fall; that's good.

As far as stacking the kindling where it can dry quickly, choose a place that gets full sun and perhaps wind also. If your area gets a lot of rain, it may be wise to top cover the stack. don't forget to keep your stacks elevated off the ground.....avoiding ground contact is a huge plus in getting drying time cut down.

There might be some useful tips in this link.

I disagree with the above, my suggestion after seeing pics of Michigan, get a good pontoon boat stack on that! When when a flood comes go get boat and the wood is still stacked:cool:

Morning all. Overcast again but it will burn off this morning.

Didn't get the lawn mowed yesterday as I was working on church stuff all day. We have a big meeting coming up this coming weekend so lots to do.

Today campinspecter gets a new pair of hearing aids. Yeah!!! One died a couple of weeks ago so he has been only be able to use one. It has been real loud around here. Frustrating for him.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning, members.

Steady light rain this morning before changing to off/on showers. 45⁰/58⁰

I am in need of a haircut. My surgery has delayed it. I should have got it cut before the procedure. So, off to the barber this morning.

I might run a few errands while I'm out.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

    Good morning everyone!
First full day off lifting restrictions and it's going to rain all day. My plan is to work on cleaning the garage and getting the chainsaws ready to go.

Whenever I see that I think of all the cattle out in fields. That has to hurt.

I hope the new ones are even better for him than the old ones were. It is not fun when you can't hear well.

Glad for campinspecter 's new hearing aids.

It's not fun with that impairment at all. :handshake:

It's also a "challenge" for others to try to communicate with you when the hearing aids aren't working.

Kinda like a field of corn.......has ears but can't hear.
