Buying cordwood, too much trash?

    Same here with disposing of the splitter litter. Although as of late ill use feed bags and collect the little shards. Sell them to customers.

    Ive been meaning to ask and I'm sure its been answered in the past, but why is Mrs. Yooperdave known as "99"?

    Agreed, that stuff is great for starting a fire. I have crates full of this stuff that I collect when splitting.

    Fistful or two of that stuff with a half of fire starter and off to the races.

    My wife has learned that she can’t always have what she wants. She whines like a pouty mouse, but she understands why some things can’t be. We’ve been together for over 20 years.

    seems like a bit more than normal to me, but I wouldn't use the word excessive either.
    I usually pull a garden rake through it and keep and burn anything the garden rake snags and throw the tiny bits in the compost/woods/garden
