Went up on the roof to remove a small branch and liked how the woods is changing color and opening up.....

Nice shots WS! Your woods look healthy with some nice size hardwoods. Stacks are getting fuller too. You do have a lot of rocks.... They look great, you should take some pics of your rock faces for us to see sometime? How steep is it off the edge of your outdoor fireplace setup? (which is where I would be later this afternoon. ) It looks like if you stepped off the back, your in for a good fall.... Pretty view from those seats I bet!
I'll try and take boulder pics later. Maybe I'll go down to the bottom and snap a pic. Up to 50ft high or so. Some sheer cliffs, some in stages. We spend most of our time on the deck, which sits 15 feet higher for great views.
Fanatical1 - I hiked down the other side, took some pics and climbed up the easy spot. Heading toward the cliff from other side. House sits up top..... Climbed up one tier, snapped a pic. Climbed the rest at an easier spot.
I love that stuff. Very very cool... In the first picture, it doesn't look like too much of a drop off from your fire pit, but in the second pic, it look's like you need a max limit of 6 beers or risk cracking your coconut. Either way, I like your place a lot. I have some similar property that I haven't shared much yet.....
Its probably around 35-40 ft I guess. One spot is like a slide for debris, leaves etc the firepit is in tiers and its sheer to the left from up top. The main area at the firepit has a little cave. Im to scared to go in it. The boulder above it can go at any time......
Glad the pics are of the changing leaves. Thought you were posting pics of where you fell off the roof.
