    Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a SUPER SATURDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 83⁰ now, been on the woodyard, got more red oak :saw::axe::stacker:got another tall tote finished. I'm off now, so shower, nap, then missions team is meeting at church for a meal project, delivering 31 cups of veggie soup and cornbread to some folks.

    Just got into the cabin a few hours ago through another 4” of new snow on top of the 50” over the last month or so.

    Had an interesting day yesterday. Went to a celebration of life and spent a little time with Redneck and his wife. Got to meet several of his family and that was nice. When I left, it was only maybe 5 miles out of the way to stop and see an old friend. He and I were next door neighbors only 1/4 mile apart and we went to the same school. Shortly after I got married, I needed a worker and thought of him. I went to talk to him and hired him to start the next day so we worked together quite a while. I hadn't seen him for a few years and knew he lost his wife. I could see he was still mourning her and I think it helped him that I stopped and let him talk.

    On the way home (60 miles) I saw gas prices from $3.69 to $3.99. Big swing bit coming down is good.

    it’s snowing all day; we had a week of bare roads and 4-6 inches on Friday cars were off road everywhere. How can you forget how to drive in week:picard:

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 56⁰outside now, was 51⁰ earlier, 87⁰ forecast for the high. Off today, heading to church this morning, then taking a trailer to Sam's Club in Macon this afternoon, picking up items for our spring break bags missions project, packing 400 bags next Monday evening.
    Our community meal went great, delivered 32 bowls of soup, cornbread and brownies. Then most of the helpers came back and ate together.     Morning all or I guess for most of you Afternoon all. Day started with sunshine with frost on the ground. I hope it stays that way. Yesterday start with gorgeous sunshine and half way through church we got rain for the rest of the day.

    Went out for breakfast and then sat and watched Women's Bronze curling game. Switched to Blue Jays when the curling got lopsided. 3 - 2 run homeruns in the first inning.
    I am now working on bookkeeping until the Gold medal game this afternoon. Canada playing Switzerland.

    Backwoods Savage I am glad you enjoyed the game. That website has many more very interesting videos on it. History, nature and people events tied into the Bible.

    T.Jeff Veal out of curiosity at breakfast, I checked the temps in Atlanta, GA and thought 21 degrees wasn't all that bad. campinspecter reminded me that the phone is based on C not F Oops, rather chilly down there compared to where Sawdust Man is.

    Saw the gas price at the pumps this morning. $2.049 per litre - $7.00 per US gal. It has gone up fast in the last couple of days.
