    Hello
After just getting more than 6” in south eastern NH this Saturday morning and 24” that never melted from before we my really be buried by Monday night? Looks like the JackPot area is south of Boston 18-24” !!!
The last storm started Friday night until this morning and the next storm will start Sunday night about 9 PM.
I got are cars lined up on the side of the driveway so the LT1000 with snow blower attachment has a straight shot to clear the driveway. Also just go a new inline fuel filter to replace a clogged one that looks like it had grass in it. Also got the Snow Joe ready for the walkways. What are you guys doing to be ready? Do you have sand or rock salt for cold icy conditions? We get the same sand salt mix the town uses at the town landfill for free. :)

We are supposed to get a half inch and lots of wind. I guess NYC is going to really get whacked. I'm waiting to hear the mayor's excuses for lack of clean up.

We're looking at 18" to 22" of snow here and 50 mph wind! Typical coast Nor-Easter here... Bring it on. :picard: It's gonna be a sloppy wet snow also...

Same up in the Toms River area. Every time I looked at the forecast the snow total kept creeping up. I'm hoping we dont lose power. I have several propane tanks ready to go for the generator in case we do. I didnt need them during last month's ice storm. I just hope it melts fast and this is the last of it for the year. I'm ready for spring.

NW NJ here....it has started snowing although winds are calm at the moment. That is supposed to change as the storm gets closer. I have food, three cases of beer, 15 gallons of gas in jerry cans and Oscar (my Ideal Steel) has lots of food as well: three-year old ash that is registering under 10% moisture on the inside of splits. Dang stuff lights off on 1/4 of a Super Cedar with no kindling.

I wonder if perhaps the worst of this storm is going out to sea? At least it shows a tendency of doing that this morning.

Well Dennis, we're I'm at it really doesn't matter and storms like these bring the moisture (back in ) from the ocean. This is the prime suspect where we get hammered! The've already shut our ferries down due to the wind prediction.
I'll post picks. The Pups will enjoy it for a little while, except our Corgie. He's got "Low ground clearence"

That is just plain cruel......:salute::p:rofl: :thumbs::cheers::pete::seasoned::ups: On a side note, while I am not thrilled about blizzard, NJ has been in a serious drought and we need all the precipitation we can get. Some of my favorite trout streams are now reduced to mere trickles. Spruce Run Reservoir is so far down that vast areas of the lakebed are exposed. If I had any brains I would have taken a camera and gps and marked structure that would hold fish when the water level rises.

Sure, I can get out for more beer if needed. Cherokee Trailhawk V6 with two-month-old Firestone Destination A/T tires. Dang thing will drive through wet concrete.

Update: looking at radar, the storm seems to be shifting out to sea. Of course now I have jinxed myself: the storm will drop 3 feet of snow and my Ariens will refuse to start.

Looks like we got 3-4" and still coming down steady here in the southwest corner. Calling for 1-3" overnight. Good ol' lake effect.......

Only light snow and no wind. Radar continues to show the storm heading out to sea. This may turn out to be nothing more than a mouse fart.
