This is a very common "wheel lift" that most wreckers (5500+ chassis) have. It really shouldn't be hard to find a guy. Mention "wheel lift 5th wheel adapter". If you don't have a deadline and they could move it at their pleasure with something like "within the next xxx days" should get their attention and I'd be surprised to see the $500 previously mentioned cost if it's a short ride. They will be concerned about the tires and lights not causing any trouble a maybe a few pictures on your phone would help you convince them that this is an easy one. Probably the easiest thing would be to find a friend of a friend's cousin kinda thing!
Any RV sales place will have a list of current guys that will tow for you if you want to go that route. Some people own trailers that sit on seasonal sites as a second home, often not very far from home.
