Saw a story about those type tires a couple years ago that were being tested on cars.
    No more flats.
No more info after that, and now they're on 4 wheelers.
    Cool.

Ya. I have seen some decent size used models (older of course), but in nice, good working condition that sell between $10-$20,000. I was looking at them because of the road I have been building/improving and some trail work I want to do in the future. But, I need to stop buying.......... With two pieces of property I have twice the o_Otaxes:eek:heatingo_Oelectric:eek:snow removalo_Osmall engine fuel/maintenanceo_O:jaw::bug:Help me:hair::wacky::loco:  Hey. LOL. WE have talked about that. Thinking of selling the house and moving to the camp permanently. But I have owned the house for over 20 years now and have put a lot of blood, sweat, and beers into it. :emb: Sorry, that was bad. But I and my whole family love the house we live in. Lots of room, my whole wood gasification boiler system installed three years ago, and working nicely I might add. All those memories. UGH. And if we move to the camp permanently I would have a chitload of work to do to make it big enough for our family to live in it. I could go on and on about other issues like the current house we live in being in a central location to the land and right up on the main road, and. ................................. I need a

Would you rather do a chitload of work on one, or two houses.
I know what my answer would be.
Actually, I already answered that question a few years ago.
Sorry, not trying to tell you what to do.......be happy. Geez, there I go again.:headbang:

The work on this house is pretty much done. If I sell it I would have to put an addition on the camp, build a garage or barn, put a new heating system and water system in. UGH. I would be rid of a nice size mortgage and then have to borrow some more to end up with a lot of work. Although a much smaller mortgage. That would be a benefit. LOL. Believe me, it is a serious consideration. Another is do the work at camp needed for us to live there and then rent out the house so we can control who lives there. Then we have income from that and are living back at the camp(now our house). :sherlock:

I wonder if the one in the middle is gear drive. That would be interesting to run.

Not a problem Gas. I just got back from dinner at an Irish pub and I'm laughing my azz of at you two. Rent the house, move into the camp and enjoy working on both as you do now.!
