    Not done with the cold weather just yet. However, as I needed to go to town yesterday I finally ran the car through a car wash. Wow! It came out red rather than salty white a good old dirt brown.

    Good news yesterday was I do not need new glasses. I have only one eye that sees and he said it is 20/20!

    An ok day ahead. 12⁰/30⁰ more clouds than sun. Flurries begin late tonight, through tomorrow. A few inches possible. Arctic cold comes in behind the snow.

    So, I'll be topping off the deck rack this morning. Then, refill the bird feeders.

    Moving my grocery run from tomorrow to today. Need to give some thought to weekend meals. Nothing over the top.

    Not a great night. Been awake since before 4:00. Finally got tired of tossing and turning and got up before 5:00.

    Supposed to be warmer today before another cold blast. Dang, I am ready for the cold to go away for this season.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. 27⁰/63⁰ sunny. Heading to the woodyard, maybe get something productive done today, just worked in the saw shed yesterday. Got the light pole for Blue Samson finished, cleaned up a couple saws and ran 3 chains through the grinder. 20260205_113932.jpg
    Got 3 big white oak rounds to noodle today...:confused::confused:...then hope to move logs to finish shed.
    :sleeping::sleeping: later, as I start my 6PM-6AM shift for the weekend.

    Snowy day 27⁰/29⁰ it's supposed to snow until 6pm, 3-5 inches is the current guess.

    Sure hope the Olympics have interesting events to have on in the background.

    Low single digits with gusty winds, moves in tonight, wind chills -20's. That's going to make snow cleanup interesting.

    I brought inside some extra firewood. By the woodstove watching it snow, sounds like a setup to a nap.
