Done! Got my and neighbor's driveway done and cleaned snow away from both mailboxes. Ready for more snow.....tomorrow.

Canadian border VT don't fret about the negative temps......to quote you, "it's called winter"

    :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

Seriously, is it unusual to have sub-zero temps for any length of time?

I don't know what the temperature was when I started, but it's 19 now, and it's done. The splitter hadn't been run for a few months and didn't want to start. I let it warm up, and got it done.

    Thanks.
    Alvarez 6-string acoustic, dreadnought body.
Spruce top, mahogany back & sides.
Pretty nice quality and tone for an entry-level instrument.

That mahogany back is beautiful on there. I could probably build a guitar. But playing it is a whole other story. I played the drums for 4 years. But wish i could pick up a guitar and play a few songs.

    You just described me.

I tried to learn guitar, but my fingers are dumb......
I sing pretty well (or so I'm told), but playing instruments...nope.

    Good morning, members.

Decent day ahead. 20⁰/33⁰ overcast clearing. Possible flurries this morning. Sunny afternoon.

It hasn't been much, but there has been some melting the past couple of days. More today and hopefully, tomorrow.

With near zero degrees this weekend, I'll be moving wood to the deck rack.

Later this morning, I'll be going to the dentist for the final(hopefully) phase of two dental implants.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

The skies cleared overnight. The moon was able to light up the outside.

    What a nice FHC morning!

I'll dump a pail of ashes this morning but only to make room for some more. That'll be the final time I'm handling that firewood!!!

    :salute:

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel reports it's 50⁰ and light rain, high forecast for 57⁰. Need to run a few errands, then have some work to do in the saw shed, if it's still raining. Got 3-4 big knotty white oak rounds to noodle if it quits raining. We did get the tree job done safely yesterday.

Morning all. Dark and windy out but not as windy as yesterday.
Yesterday we went down island to do shopping and it was wet and miserable for most of the day. Today is supposed to be drier and we were going to finish process in the firewood.
I got a call to go to work today so that is what I will be doing. campinspecter will probably finish stacking the firewood in the shed. We got it all split on Monday.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning, members.

Bright moon illuminating the snow pack, 15⁰/32⁰ sunny day.

Not much on the do-today list. With the winter edition of my camping trip in 2 weeks, maybe I'll begin gear inspection.
