So far here in the central PA mountains we've gotten around 12" or so, and it's still coming down heavy. I'll get an official measurement when I go back out to clear everything off again later this evening.

The first four pics are when i went out to start clearing the driveway around 10:30am. Around 6" or so at that point.

These pics are from around 4:20pm. Near 12" so far. Pizza oven is buried!

Sounds wisdom! If I'm changing diapers 9 months from now, I hope my wife don't find out!!

Did you end up getting any of that sleet brother? We stayed in the snow all day.

Yep. It started to sleet lightly just before I finished and it’s still doing so. Very light but you can hear it on the back porch roof.

been outside a couple times to ten the boiler, and feeders. Great excuse to just watch tv and eat. The snowfall just ended, so the digging out begins. County road truck hasn’t been on our road, so that means they are fighting to keep main roads open.

I will spend tomorrow on snowshoe just enjoying nature.

19 degrees, about 10"s of snow, comfortable in the house. I went out and cleared the wife's side of the driveway just in case she needs to go in. I am retired so I will clear mine when I feel like it.
Zero turn worked flawlessly as usual, I made one pass across and the pushed half each way to the side.

We had 10-12 inches at 6PM. Trekked up the street to give my mom part of a calzone for supper. I was only there maybe 45 minutes tops and there was 2 inches in my footprints going back home. Thinking about going out and making a few passes with the snowblower while it is still light fluffy stuff, in case it turns to rain overnight.
Finally enough snow to use my snow shoes. Wish I still had skis.

It was minus 20 on Friday morning, minus 21 on Saturday morning and minus 15 this morning. No precip at all, just cold.

Storms used to just be named by the year they took place in!
Maybe 4”-5” snow/sleet mix, some freezing rain on top of it this afternoon, stopped @5pm.
Stove is doing its job well, some single didgies this week for lows, stacks will suffer.

Looks like the storm has passed us for the most part. Haven't heard of any local power outages. Did anyone lose power?
