Blaze King 40 Smoke Smell Near Stove (No Visible Smoke) on Low Burn

    Correct.

    The potential problem with putting ashes in that (unsealed) drawer and leaving them there is also CO release in the home ..

    I leave a half filled bucket of ash next to my stove for a long time.

    No smoke smell.

    Correct, drawer simply slides into a cubby. No seals. The flyash was definitely the problem.

    Interesting. I had never smelled the smell for two years of not leaving the ashes in the tray, and, have not smelled it in a week after removing them.
