I didn't have alot of time to stack today and tomorrow morning is supposed to be a wash out. So I spent a few minutes chuckin wood from the pile into the shed. At least it'll be dry and I can stack it while it's raining.

That's some good chuckin there! This year has been a little more wet than usual and it is frustrating trying to dry wood.

Keeping it dry is a good thing.
Wood sheds are not over-rated :) & yours is a "Class A " shed; stout, tall & almost full

I see a whole lot of split wood. Good job getting that much done, Smokin'. How many years are you ahead?

it's been really wet around here lately. the beginning of the year was dry, but for the past couple months it at least drizzles 2 or 3 times a week here.

The full section has about 8 cord (if i stacked to the roof it could probably fit 9) and the section im workin on now should hold 6 cord when full.

My dad and I share the wood supply. Between the stuff in the pic and another 5-6 cord on his property, we're probably workin on 16/17 wood. Depending how bad the next two winters are :shiver:

Im ready for the cool down! I'll be in the stand this afternoon and tomorrow am.:dancer:

That's exactly what they are.My uncle had a handful of em at his place that needed to go. I cut em down to 12ft and stuck 3ft in the ground.
