I went up on top and there weren’t any old posts down. Just new ones. I think he thought somebody else’s property was mine. On the bright side there are quite a few trees that blew down along the road since I’ve been up there so will get some firewood one way or another. I don’t think they’d like me chunking up their new poles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well, heck. That's too bad. Those are some nice looking poles, though. Do you think you could pick them up enough to not leave drag marks leading back to your hideout? LOL
It is a good view from up there. I was glad to purchase the property back after it had left the family ownership. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Have to wonder if they would start to put gps tracking chips in individual poles to keep track of where they are. Maybe buZZsaw BRAD should start chipping his roadside scores to prevent petty pilfering.
Maybe they haven’t taken down the old and installed the new yet? Did you notice any new ones along the line? Maybe they have taken them down and had two left over and decided it would be cheaper if they disappeared instead of trucked out? They look long,,,,,,probably need a special oversized truck with escort vehicles. Cheaper to lose the paper work and no need to explain to the boss why there’s extra LOL
No they haven’t done any work on my side yet. I talked to the neighbor today and he said they replaced a pole on his place on Friday and the equipment is still across the canyon. I would imagine the poles I was looking for are over there. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Those poles sure look long, much longer than we have around here. But our source trees are southern pine, mostly loblolly, and your trees out there grow a lot taller.
