    If you can find smaller boxes they will be cheaper than the flat rate by a little. It will be more time consuming than using flat rate boxes that are free from the post office. FedEx has a flat rate shipping also.

    Dave the shipping is around $12 for two mugs in a box that only fits two mugs. It's weight based not sized based unfortunately. That's the same with UPS and Fedex.

    Flat rate for more than one mug is actually a good deal given the fact that many want 3 mugs. I'll check out fedex one rate again but it looked like $7 and up depending on which of the three zones I shipped to. It was actually a little more cost and more complicated to ship with as well. Some of the reason for USPS I'll be honest is convince because I am gone 14 hrs a day and will have to ship from home most likely. I'll be packing at night with my wife after 8pm in order to fill the orders and putting them in my box on the porch for the post office to pick up.

    It is nice to have some things with the FHC logo on them. I'm waiting on a cap. That's one item that has high visibility and might solicit some conversations and members.
    Speaking of members, our numbers are climbing, the postings are so frequent that you have to go to he specialty areas so you don't miss them being buried by new postings!
