Nice bar, nice gift. First time I've seen that bar from Stihl. :saw:

    Was it a self gift?:D

EDIT: just looked it up. A replacement for the rollomatic ES bar

The old ES bars were identical with the replaceable tip. Good option to have for cutters that do lots of plunge cuts. I don't do them that often.

No, have to get the chimney fixed still. Planning for spring. But the tax credit for new stoves ends at the end of this year and I found this on sale, so I jumped on it now.

I drew my nephews name for Christmas. He is nineteen and was excited to tell me about his tree felling adventures when I was visiting over thanksgiving. I am giving him two 5 quart jugs of xtreme bar oil, leather gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, file handle and a 16” .325 .63 chain. I told him to save his money and I’d sell him a pro Stihl. My sister will have to buy him chaps.

20251222_201055.jpg 20251213_155410.jpg old tub.jpg Got some bling for 2 of the saws but the major present is going into the main bathroom. Changed the stylish pink tub to a new tub and surround. Working on vanities now and going from a single sink to a double sink. Other than plumbing, will do most of the work ourselves.

It seems so, as long as it is above 75% efficient.

My late fathers house had the identical bathtub. I've demoed circa 1950's bathrooms that were exclusively pink! Musta been popular back then.

Ms. buZZsaw bought me this. I had been looking for one. This has a built in battery. She couldn't wait. Anybody else use one? I had a cheapo corded Harbor freight one that didn't last long DSCF0480.JPG
I wish DeWalt made a cordless one as I have the batteries.

I got one today, I was planning on calling my farmer friend after the holidays to see if he had spotted any trees to cut. Instead he called me today and said he bought some new property that had some trees that need cut. Now I just need a good freeze on the ground. Merry Christmas
