    The door is notched out allowing it to be able to open and close past the toilet.

    And then the notch from the door that was cut out has been attached to the door jamb!

    I see that too, but it looks like the door barely clears the sink and bathtub to allow for a person to open/close the door once in there?

    The toilet and the sink, even if placed as tight together as they could be would take up ~40". that door is probably 28-32" wide, so while certainly not spacious, seems workable to me...
