    That’s a good policy But that would require a lot of walking up and down the driveway

    I have 3” on it right now and leaving it until it decides if it’s going to rain then freeze

    I try to keep the garage apron free of snow. You know, not driving on the snow? The first year here, I had a nice pack of bkuilt up snow there but when it melted, it flowed back into the garage! And then refreeze at night! :hair: What a mess!

    A good problem to avoid. :handshake:

    I have a few odds and ends to do outside today before we get some some cold and snow tomorrow and through the weekend. I got some more wood moved up to the boiler....just need to give the boiler damper a cleaning so it doesn't stick. I have to do it about 4 times a year...only takes a few minutes...but I don't want it stick in sub zero temps this weekend.

    Now I have to take the chipper/wedge to get the ice off the driveway where I drove. The snow snowblowed off really well last night. Aside from the tree track areas.
