Morning all. Dark, calm and not raining this morning when the dogs and I went out.

Yesterday I was working at the computer and all of a sudden there was a thud and something rolled across the roof. We had a couple of wind gusts that tore off the rain cap on the boiler room chimney and rolled it over the roof. When campinspecter got home, he took a look at it and figured out that the spot welds let go. He was able to drill it out and screw the cap to the base. Put it back on and it will last a whle longer.

Up early as I am working today at the school. I did get most of what I planned to do yesterday done. There never seems to be enough hours in the day anymore.

    Everyone have a great day.

Well, if you can’t spell “air” strip correctly the first time, I’m pretty sure “heli pad” would have stumped ya, too. No FHC chopter rides for you, sir.

    Good morning, members.

I can smell coffee calling my name!

It got warmer overnight. From 19⁰ to 26⁰.

Nice day ahead. 26⁰/46⁰ showers later this afternoon,

I'll be splitting some BL rounds this morning. I'll probably bring wood to the deck.

I'll run an errand after lunch out with Truckaa

We got the items picked up for our missions project yesterday morning, but didn't have time to unload them yet...that's a 16' trailer...almost 700 cases of goods. What a blessing to be the HANDS and FEET of JESUS.

Up late this morning but was up several hours during the night. Now after breakfast I'll get out to shove some white stuff around. I think we've had about the same amount of snow so far as what we had all last winter.

And a fine FHC morning to all of youse!

Got the snow cleaned up yesterday with the plow.

Got the snowblower running and used. Every year, its the same problem. Floods out when trying to start it. :headbang: When I store it at the end of season, I shut the gas tank off and let it run until it dies. Even if I start it in Oct, when I need it-like during our thanksgiving blizzard-it refuses to work......must be some sort of welfare case?

Also, I got the frozen mud off the wheels and side of truck that had been on since I got it stuck real bad the last time. It took many trips of hauling buckets of hot water outside. At least now we are able to drive down the highway without getting shook out of our seats! It really threw the balance off of the tires.

About 2" more showed up after plowing.....:picard: That's winter!
