    34 and snowing in the south. It’s been snowing since 9am without accumulation. The ground has turned to slop so I have to use 4x4 to get the ricks out.
    Poplar popping with some slow burn white oak.
    Supposed to drop to 20 and I have some heavy duty white oak splits on standby.

    20/72 elm and cherry 12 forecast for tonight. I'm into a spot in my stacks with 4 or 5 year old split cherry and it sure burns nice.

    Sitting at 24*, going to 12*. Loaded stove with oak. I have standing dead BL that's 2 years stacked ready for tomorrow morning. Will reload in middle of night.

    Just hope water line doesnt freeze.

    It's a balmy 23° out 72° in were supposed to get a little snow right and another 3-5" tomorrow evening. We had a foot drop a few days ago.

    Lrdy, its a cold 24, but forecast shows it is th3 low. Been ut cutting logs and splitting. Stuffed maple into th3 dragon tonight. Th8s weekend calls for single digit weather, so plan to gett a lot of cutting in. this is why we do it.

    15f, feels like 3f, 65 inside. Good bed of coals so reloaded with white oak and cherry. Just woke up after working another 12 hours in the cold today and 13.5 Saturday we're getting killed this peak.:ups:

    Snowing (go figure) and some winds but more like a breeze moving the snow around a little. Looks like 2" so far.

    6 / 61 miscalculated my wood consumption last night and got up early (for me) and started again. Took the opportunity to take out a few shovels full of ash as it was getting a little too deep.

    Pine and mystery chunks and a nice slab of oak on top. Warming up nicely.
