    7* outside. Warm* inside. The garage and mud room are the only zones calling for heat, so that's good.

    The boiler had a surprising amount of wood left this AM. I threw a few small rounds of cherry on there to help burn down the coals.

    27/73 was 13 outside early so we never got into the singles. I woke at about 5:30 to a little chill.in the bedroom (farthest from.the stove) NG boiler should have been supplementing but it was not. My first thought was that a line froze up because I forget to switch the Thermgard on. But after some diag the zone valve had gone bad. She's back up and running now as the local plumbing shop had one in stock.

    32 we had some sleet showers today. Schools still closed because there was a chance of snow.
    I got home and fired up some cherry and poplar. About to go out on a delivery to a suffering family in need of wood. I don’t do pull-ups on Fridays.
