Planning to work on something today, I did make a few orders for store pickup..... but I think it can wait till the shopping insanity passes.

Where we gathered with church friends for Thanksgiving.

 

Morning all. Dark and not raining. Just above freezing and I think the sky is partially clear. I saw a couple of stars out while I was out with the dogs.

Work again today. Pro-D today so we will have all the teachers in the district roaming the halls. Hopefully they stay out of the office. I have a project to be working on.

Curling championships are still playing. A little different format for the final games. Best of three. Someone was watching too much baseball this October when they decided to change the rules.

Seasonal milestone. With a chance of "shovelable" snow Tuesday night, I brought the snowblower out of storage and put the lawnmower to bed.

Snowblower started with a single pull. ~Happy dance~

 

I need to refill the wood box in the garage to day in advance of a snow storm coming tonight. The weather guessers are saying we should get somewhere between 6 and 11 inches of the white stuff.
Still working on getting the house put back together after having new windows installed last week.

 

We just had a sizeable snow squall come through. 35 degrees so nothing stuck, but it looks like it's on. Like Mike said snow here Tuesday night. Nothing we can't handle.

Soggy Sunday tomorrow. showers. Accumulating/plowable snow probably on Tuesday.

Some more leaf management is on today's list. While it's dry, I'll move some wood to the deck.

I'll also finish off the turkey broth and pick out chunks of meat that's fallen away from bones.

Some more Christmas will be brought up from the basement.

Football, hockey, and probably a nap, will be later.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 28⁰/57⁰ clear. We're picking up a widow friend this morning, taking her to Best Buy in Macon to get her iPad screen fixed, then going to Sam's Club and lunch. Hope to cut some wood this evening.
The DAWGS won last night and TX A&M lost, so GA will play in SEC championship game.

Good morning. It is right at 0 with some flurries predicted for later today. Got a stove full of sugar maple starting to roar.

Found a natural compass in the snow yesterday on our walk.

Good Morning all.

Much to do today. Finally got the last of the parts for the generator, so we get new fuel line, new inline fuel filter and an oil change today. Then put it away until the next run at the end of December. All ready ran on a load a few days ago and it's back to running like it always did. Putting a new handle on my old maul and some other chores Bucky's mom wants me to do.

I don't know about Christmas lights yet. Maybe, see what the weather and temps look like.
