    Just came in a bit ago from hunting. Saw more deer this morning than we did yesterday. It's been really weird this year. Not much shooting and deer didn't appear to be moving much. We didn't even see a deer for the first 3 hours but granddaughter got a good one. We had fun too. Got tractor to haul him out and I mostly supervised her taking care of it.Then we sat together again for the rest of the day and again this morning.

    Here is a picture of her buck that we just loaded into the bucket.

    Went out for breakfast and now chores for the day.
    Canadian Football League Grey Cup game today. The team we were cheering for didn't make it to the finals. So we will cheer for the western team. I hope it isn't snowing out there.

    Actually it is a Browning Pump Rifle in 30.06 with a 1x4 Leuphold shotgun scope. It has been a good woods rifle for me.

    Nice late fall day. 26⁰/41⁰ sunny breezy.

    Camping trip cleanup starts today.

    We did get a bit of winter weather Saturday overnight. A light coating of sleet then freezing rain. A few minutes after starting the vehicles, it all slid off.
