    Foam rollers. ;)

    But not rollers for a bicycle to be used with it. Something about pedalling but actually going nowhere is my issue. Same deal with treadmills for me.

    I have that problem but it never bothered me when on rollers. Plus my rollers had wind load on it too. You definitely had to concentrate when using them! Lots of folks just can't handle them because they say they can't balance on them.

    After our 3 decades afraid I picked up some hand/arm movements, nonsense slang and fake words, like gotta and get me instead of I need or I'm going to get one for myself etc.

    Oh, and mixed up or wrong common sayings. Anyone want to guess what "He's gonna' eat all the lunch" is from?
