    We have a polite bunch of folks we have here who don't just out and call BS on a post! No, I was just messing with y'all. I am 21-22 years in that picture. Those were my mostly Mountain Man and a tiny bit hippie years. I built the cabin for a friend of mine who I rented a house from, a ways from Tacoma, WA in rural country. Cut and notched all the logs from his property and cut bolts of cedar from off site and rove them up with a froe. That was my best friend and constant companion, Becca (short for Rebecca), a Red Setter, beside me as always. Kinda like a more compact and a whole lot smarter, field bred, Irish Setter. She was an excellent grouse dog and sorely missed even to this day. Stumbled across this archived photo and thought I'd share it. Amazing that I haven't changed a bit since then!:whistle:

    I see that there have been no posts here in quite a while. My second oldest stepson got married back in October. Wanted to drop this pic of the wife and I in here. We spent a year doing the GLP 1 medicine in addition to a better diet and some exercise. Proud to say she is down 72# and I have lost 100# from my way too big frame. 20251010_134749.jpg
