Dennis I pray the shots work! Smuggler Notch got snow and closed. 5-6 inches of wet heavy snow on that road will cause white knuckle, brown shorts and increasing insurance plans

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 64⁰ now, high of 71⁰, clear blue sky. Another 6AM-6PM day, we got home late yesterday, only had time to get wood brought down to the house. Hope to get something done tonight on the woodyard...
Share a smile, lend a hand, be kind and encouraging.

Morning all. Sun is out today. No frost even with a clear sky and full moon last night. It is getting windy out there now.
Made a quick trip down island yesterday for shopping and then I had a council meeting last night so a long day.
Rountine blood work this morning and then we are putting firewood into the basement. I have bookkeeping to catch up on and grocery shopping as well.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning, members.

Another nice day. 34⁰/56⁰ getting cloudy. Big gusty winds overnight, tonight.

Yesterday's making of firewood went well. I'll probably make more this morning.

Lunch will be with a friend.

My brother, and wife, are traveling and will be staying here with us tonight. So, I'll be making some chicken noodle soup. I have the stock, and meat, from a rotisserie chicken.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Sue was a bit nervous as it was when we were there. I'd like to take it on a snow machine.

Canadian border VT and T.Jeff Veal thank you.

It is a weird thing but medicare has some dumb rules. I had a shot and they said I might get 5-8 hours of relief. Next Monday we do it again but it is expected to last a shorter time. The following week we review. Then we start the real heavy stuff and do that for 2 weeks in a row. Dumb but we have to follow the rules. One bad thing is the 100+ mile round trip each time which means another 500+ miles just to get the shots.

I have gone through this before so I knew what was coming, but I will say it was fantastic getting some relief for a few hours. I also find walking has gotten easier. I hope and pray this gives me relief for a long time.

See if they have visiting nurses, and maybe Medicare might cover
that service. You just might get a "yes", saving you the trips.

Morning all. Wet and windy this morning. We have a covered area for the dogs to go to the bathroom but I get to stand out in the rain to make sure the little one goes as she is hiding under the ramp to do her business.
Vet appointment this morning, visiting Mom this afternoon and prayer meeting tonight. Another busy day.

    Everyone have a great day.

I've gone thru this as well. The first shot(s) are most likely to make sure they get the shot location exactly right before they give you the one that should give you extended relief.

They certainly did. The doc had me lose some baby fat around my belly and that has helped me as well. I haven't needed a shot in a few years. I'm not pain free but there were times 5-10 years ago I was in so much pain I couldn't hardly walk for a couple of days at a time.

My exercise regime (see avatar) is staying close by as it's time for our daily walk. I benefit from it as much as he does. We have a big fenced in backyard, but we like to ride different places and stretch our legs!
