    We worked on the cemetery clean up Thursday and Friday morning.
    Hauled 2 loads both days...

    Another neighbor called yesterday, said she had a hickory tree that blew over during Helene last year. When we got there, it had enough roots still attached that it had put out leaves this year.

    Water and Pin Oak are basically the same as far as bark and wood. However, the leaves are distinctly different. This was water oak for sure. Lots of both around here.

    That’s the clean up load :)
    I would imagine you sometimes run into the same problem I see. Ugly log in your way, would leave it behind if you could but ya gotta move it anyway. Might as well load it. I get quite a bit of that with the winch system. Only way to move a log is pull it closer and rarely does that equate to getting out of my way.
