    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 50⁰/63⁰ misty, 88% chance of rain today.
    Hope to do a bit of work on the woodyard this morning, if it rains, got several chains to gri d and saw maintenance can be done.:sleeping::sleeping: later, working 6PM-6AM shift this week.

    I did get wood to the porch yesterday. Not much else though. This back pain has reallt put me down. Even for hunting. I've sat in a bling only twice so far. I used to be out almost every day. Season started here October 1.

    Changed my plans for a while this morning...my view right now... 20251029_074926.jpg
    First stand I wanted to sit in, had an active guinea wasp nest under the chair by the door...so came on to another stand.
    Saw 2 deer in first field and 2 in this one, both with my headlamp as I was walking in...I think one here was a buck, looked like a big body.
    Nothing since daylight.
    Ran one out of our yard when I came home this morning.

    Morning all. Where I am this morning, it is raining/snow off and on. Drove through a snow storm yesterday to get here. We are in the Cariboo area of British Columbia. Here tonight and then heading home tomorrow with an eight week puppy added to our family.

    Need to deliver a half cord of farwood this morning, then stop by the dairy for 12 gallons of milk, then hopefully pick up a 3 point box blade.

    A good day yesterday. I visited with the lady who had a double lung transplant. She is doing very well!! We had a nice visit as her husband was also there. He had done a nice mount of a deer for me a few years ago and I've turned a lot of business towards him. He is a swell guy.

    Church is having an early Thanksgiving dinner this weekend and we might take them a dinner from there, but first, we'll enjoy the dinner.

    Morning all. Dark outside but not as cold as I thought it would be.
    Picked up the puppy. She is a lot smaller than I thought but she is only 8 weeks old. The two dogs are getting along.

    Yes, MikeInMa only one more game to win. Quite the performance last night. We won't be watching the next game as it will be Sabbath. No matter what happens, the Blue Jays did good.
