I will be spending some time today working on my log pile. It has been sitting there for a couple years and needs cutting.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 53⁰/82⁰ partly cloudy. Haven't worked in awhile, so last night was LOONNGG. We delivered 3 totes of firepit wood to the deer camp, then cut a tote to make a pump house for our son. Nap time now.
    Be blessed, be a blessing

    Good morning, members.

Nice day 45⁰/70⁰ sunny and calm.

We've been down to Cap Cod for a few days. Heading home today.

We own a week of timeshare. There was an owners meeting yesterday. So, we decided to take a few days away. At a raffle, we won a 2 night stay at the timeshare facility, off season. We'll probably cash them in at next year's meeting.

If anyone is familiar with the area, it's at Brewster Green. Very nice condos.
    Football later. Go Pats!

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Yesterday saw lights out my windows odd with long drive way.. as child on road with challenges is missing. Start wheeler Bota let the dog out..
Oh yeah we were stacking today.. brother & nephew show up. Wife goes to cooking. A friend stops by for a quick visit, we move wood next to house.
2 cords stacked; and everyone leaves been over 12 hours awake wife grabs glass of wine. Then Good friends (we kind of mentor) 25 years old pop in with their 6 & 2 year old. IMG_2657.jpeg

of course highlight of our day; this one has stole my heart; she was tired so I had to read her a book.
Been a long time since I put socks on a child whose foot is smaller than thumb..

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 65⁰/74⁰ partly cloudy. Dozed off when I got home, heading to church this morning, then see what the day brings. Guy where we cut trees last week has given us a tote, maybe pick that up. Took 2 more vacation days, having kidney stones broken up in the AM early.

Morning all. Rain I think today although it wasn't rain when Lady and I took our walk.
Bookkeeping, house chores and then sit and wait to see if the Blue Jays can pull it off tonight. Getting too stressful for me.

    Everyone have a great day.

Lithotripsy - using sonic waves to break up stones. Been there, done that. I didn't feel a thing.

The urologist will want to send stone fragments to the lab. So, they should be giving you a funnel thing and filters to try to catch them.

    Good luck!

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. 47⁰/74⁰ clear fall day. Heading to the hospital this morning for the kidney stone treatment, then we'll see what the day brings.
Backwoods Savage I wish we had known you wanted some black walnuts. We have several trees around the woodyard and it's hard to walk around here...the green ones with husks are about the size of tennis balls IMG_20251019_194803.jpg
Could have brought a couple feed sacks full.

Share a smile, lend a hand, be encouraging and kind.

    Good morning.

Missed the last couple days I think.

    45/76 & sunny.....just dandy.

Tom and I split up and went to two different auctions on Saturday, I was successful with about 3/4 trailer load, Tom was REALLY successful with around 5 loads!
So, "a junk hauling we will go"
We brought home the smalls from his sale Saturday night, then went back after church yesterday for another load, and are heading out shortly for number 3.

Have a blessed day everybody, and enjoy the fall weather!

We are home once again. Celebrated our 1st anniversary together on the road. The color tour was mostly a bust but we got to spend some time (never enough) with some friends, especially Canadian border VT and family plus Tom Morrisey (owner of Woodstock Soapstone stoves). Trip was a couple thousand miles total. The only trouble as getting back into the USA. Customs was no problem but that 6 mile backup getting there was not fun. The only rain for the entire trip was the last day from Hamilton, Ontario to home.

Now to catch up on things here at home and maybe even get in some deer hunting.
