Rode the bike in today and this popped up on the screen. Guess it is smarter than me.

 

Got all except for the man bun and high waters!

 

So that's cool now?! Geez. that's get a dude beat up in my day! Only chics wore their pants like that!

The '17 had heated grips. I think they want you to spend more on accessories..

 

I have a pair of those gloves. The ones with their own batteries, not the plug into the bike type .

 

Until it's like 33° you're fine.

I'd have thought any touring bike over 25k would have at least heated grips. All the ones I've looked at even close to that $ range in super sporty ST trim or even naked sport bike range has them.

 

We cooked out ribeyes, potatoes, supper club style mushrooms, and asparagus on the grill in the park tonight so we could get my wife's friend that lives in the nursing home across the street from the park, her steak dinner that they won't make her. I put my 24" Weber grill in the back of my truck, and my wife had everything all set for me to grill. My wife's friends birthday was Monday.

So at at 7:30 tonight, full dark, having a drink in the park, I heard a chainsaw. Not just a couple cuts, like a full on cutting session. Lol

Our friend loved her steak dinner. We did good tonight. On that at least...

Then just now we heard that my wife's aunt, in the Bay area, was admitted to the hospital, again. Low blood pressure, not good. She's on life support, maybe has two days according to her daughter, my wife's cousin. Auntie Di played a huge part in my wife's upbringing and childhood. She and Uncle Terry got my wife's mom to adopt her at a couple of months old.

So many emotions tonight. We were planning on visiting this late fall/ winter. This visit might be sooner than expected to visit, and not the way we wanted.

We last saw them in September 2021 when we drove to California. We wanted to visit them again ever since.

 

Josh gets married today at 3:30. The wife is running around like crazy already. I'm just trying to not get yelled at
