I messed up my lower back pretty good yesterday at the auction, going to be spending quality time with the ice pack today, hopefully I can get to the chiropractor tomorrow.

Morning all. Yesterday turned out to be a beautiful sunshine day but after church I ended up in bed with a migraine. I am thinking it had something to do with the high pressure system moving in quickly. I feel better this morning with just a lingering pain over the eye. Ears are still plugged up though.
Once the fog lifts, I I think we will have a nice day.

After Sabbath, we watched Blue Jays in 30. It was quite the game. I am looking forward to watching today's game.
T.Jeff Veal when you said you went to a small tractor and engine show, I thought you meant a small gathering. Love those small tractors.

Morning all. A nice day happening outside. Although it was clear last night with a full moon, we didn't get any frost. Just down to 7C/45 F
Cleaning the church today and then household chores. I hope to get up on the roof and look at the moss. I hope it is dried up and I can sweep it up.

In my experience heat often feels better when being applied..... but, I've been told by every chiropractor I've been to that ice is better due to inflammation.
However, I'm not legalistic or belligerent about it..... if something seems better to an individual I say go for it.....cause, I don't know nothin.
