    Continuing with my morning walks.

    I'm planning to head to my brother's place in Maine, this coming weekend. It's been a few years. Hoping to get some cutting and fishing in. So, getting stuff together will be my activity this week.

    Off today, so we're going to a lady's house and build her a wood shed this morning then going to Sam's Club this evening, need to get the kitty food stocked up before we leave for OH.

    Morning all. It was overcast and foggy this morning but now the sun is trying to gain a foothold on the day. I think we get a break and then another system is coming in.

    My head is still stuffed up. it is a real nuisance as it aggravates the tinnitus. Off to visit Mom today.
    yeah the Blue Jays won the division. Now to see who they play next.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 68⁰/77⁰ cloudy. Got to load 3 totes of oak for 2 deliveries this morning, then see if we have time to do some mowing for a friend. Nap this afternoon, got to work 1 night, the taking 6 vacation days...time to head north and visit OHIO for awhile.
    Remember the GOLDEN RULE.

    Another summer day. Calendar says it is fall but mother nature says it is summer.

    Archery deer season begins tomorrow. I doubt I will be hunting though as I just can't seem to get the enthusiasm for hunting in summer. The hottest day in the forecast is Saturday and depending on which forecaster you want to believe it is to be mid to high 80's. Wait! This is Michigan...

    Last fall was the worst color season I ever remember. It was hoped this year would be better. I can tell already it is no going to be good. We had color coming on but when this heat came the color went. Trees that were turning suddenly lost color and now leaves dropping and they are all just brown and crumbling. Almost no color at all on those that have dropped. Not only that but the tops of the trees are dropping their leaf and what is left on the tree are still mostly green. It looks so odd with green trees that are partially bare. Such is nature. No color tours for us unless we head north.

    Morning all. Overcast with wind this morning. Another system on its way in to the coast so it will probably rain later today.
    My ears are still plugged up.
    I had a nice visit with Mom yesterday. She is having trouble with a jaw joint that is quite painfully. Unfortunately no replacement joint for a jaw.

    Lots of baseball today. I think I will only watch the Red Sox/Yankees game. I have other things to do around here.

    It is a holiday today. Truth and Reconciliation Day. "A National Day for Truth and Reconciliation to honour First Nation survivors, their families and communities, and ensure that public commemoration of the history and legacy of residential schools remains a vital component of the reconciliation process.” Wear an orange shirt today.
