My brother had some hydraulic fluid leaking and dropped it at a dealer. Nothing major, fortunately. Under the seat area were a couple washers put in incorrectly at some point in the past when the unit was split . My brother got it with 20 hours , so now he is fretting why it had been split with so few hours.
Been using it for twenty years now, and this is the only issue with it, so heneeds to fret about something worthwhile

Had some free time yesterday afternon, went and started piling stumps and brush in a new stump dump. This big one had the mini teetering on its toes. IMG_6360.jpeg

Down where he's at, it'll be close to burn next fall I believe if it's C/S/S soon. I can get to that point after 2 years with living here and about at 12% moisture because we get those hot screaming steamy days in summer. Up there where you're at Dave, the "Dennis", 3 year plan is in full effect. I have wood thats 5 years old that's being burnt this winter and I'm glad I am. It won't be any good next season, it gets "punky" :picard:

This season, I'll be tapping into 12 cord of red oak that was css in summer of 22.

I use rubber roof membrane stuff for the stack covers. The areas of the pile where the firewood was exposed has begun to grow those little mushrooms which only helps to retain moisture.

I'm hoping that it doesn't get to the point of getting punky before I used all of it. It'll be a few more years before it's used up.
