Work at the country club then side work installing baseboards tonight. Have the truck and my tools today. Would have been a great bike ride in

 

Yuck! A couple years ago my upstairs shower valve failed causing similar results in my downstairs bathroom. I HATE PLUMBING and anything associated with.

I'm back. I've been out already this morning, just looking around my property, enjoying the cooler early Fall weather, even though I don't think it's Fall yet and drinking my coffee. I'm so grateful to be living here in the country on the MA/NH border.

I just finished reseeding a pretty big section of my front lawn. The last few years haven't been good for my grass, and I haven't given it the fertilizer and love that it needed. My fault, even though I like to blame the weather.

Today I'll be stacking wood all morning. I'm still on the 3 year plan. I've got 4 cord more to stack. I'll prolly got out this afternoon on my Road King and do a small circle just to enjoy another day health, and happiness. Grateful for the gifts I've been given. Our 2 kids are grown and gone. Both are married and doing well. My wife and I are in the house we've lived in since we got married 48 years ago. Our grandson is going into the 2nd grade. Everyone is healthy.

So I just wanna say hello, especially to Denis and all you other oldtimers. Amazing that this website is still here and a part of my life. Thanks to all the folks who keep it going strong.

Put a few miles on the road king for me. No bike today and it's a perfect day for it here in Pittsburgh.

 

We've had the nicest stretch of weather in recent memory. Around August 18th it got real nice and hasn't stopped yet.

 

Last night the northern lights were awesome!!!

 

Dang it. I missed them.

 

Not quite the style house I'd build, but I love the location.

We were unfortunately too far south to get any views of it. I went out a few times, but nothing, even after talking pictures hoping something would show up after looking at the pictures after I went inside.

 

Absolutely beautiful! House appears to have grown over the years.
