    Heart is pounding, heard something like "knocking" by back door, dog heard it too so I know she did not make the bonks. Opened to see what it was like our big rooster trotting on the deck but instead a horse and I startled eachother

    Not my horse, wild horses roam around here. It was a dark color, and we did't see eachother till spun around and our eyes met. We just have a dog, cat, and chickens.

    LOL, it was eating our weeds, we have some pretty tall ones and we have some green compared to the BLM plains. Also, it's a sliding glass door, I let out a short started yell, dog and I backed in and I shut the door. Kinda of cracks me up, sure triple pane glass but really wouldn't be any protection from a horse hitting it or kicking it lol.
