At a concert in the park with Kathy and some of our friends. Perfect evening to sit out here and enjoy some music.

 

I just put tomorrow's lunch on the smoker. 220° for the win here. 2 different rubs to hopefully see 2 different end flavor results.

 

What time did you say lunch was?

 

Mornings sure have been dark lately.

Can't believe we won't get back to normal time until Nov!

 

Im not a fan of DST at all. The government needs to leave the clocks alone.

 

Pork is off the smoker in the cooler resting. Cleaned the Harley and Kathy's Charger. Don't have it in me to do the truck now. Gonna slack off for a little bit.

 

I hear those are becoming more common in the automotive world too...

 

I built and priced this. I like the build, not so much the price.

 

Do they charge extra for a single cab build? I've never had a double cab and looked for a long time to find a single cab 8' bed 3/4 ton used truck

 

I don't know why I find this so funny.

 

2 pork shoulders on the smoker. Started the fire with mulberry then added some pecan. I used 2 different rubs as well.

 

No, regular cab is about 3k less than a super cab and about 6k less than a crew cab.

 

I don't believe so, it's the standard option on the base model

Decided to season up a flat of chicken thighs. My wife found packs of 8 at a local grocery store for $3.50.

Let’s see how these are after some time on the smoker.
