What's on the grill or smoker?

I don't see tri-tip very often around here. I need to look closer/harder.

 

i went to bj's this morning and they dont carry them or picanha and can only buy brisket flats,no whole ones.i did buy a couple large flats.

 

Franklin is the pitmaster helper today.....

After pic Stuffed with grilled chicken that I pulled and colby jack, pepperoni, and sun dried tomatoes.
Some of them have burger buster sauce and some Thai chile sauce

i will definitely be making these again,they were excellent,skys the limit on stuffing......crab meat,shrimp,chorizo,brisket,sausage,eggs,pulled pork,etc
im also going to make some fries from the plantains.

Does Franklin live at your place or has teh word spread of your grilling amongst the neighbor's dogs due to the frequent visits of "the rental dog"?

Checked a price of whole brisket yesterday............$80!

It's been awhile for me and brisket..........
