    I'll have to file that one away for future use. Along those same lines, one of my favorites has always been muddy water is best cleared by leaving it alone.

    Stacked a few more presidents yesterday evening. Split, sorted and stacked the 10 rounds between the logs... 20250715_212258.jpg
    These logs were cut about 1 yr ago.
    This tote is mostly AWESOME red oak heartwood, PERFECTLY sized splits. 20250716_210221.jpg
    A few pieces have solid sapwood.
    Most of the lighter sapwood splits went to the peons pile...:whistle::whistle:...:picard::picard:...
