Oh thank goodness!! A few decades ago husband saw a dummy bass (college kids) speeding up the reservoir road with a girl on the back and no helmet. He intended to chase them down and order her off the back of the bike or call her parents but the driver was going way too fast to catch up. Not long later I was on my way home at a certain turn (both streets were 30 and 20 mph there) and ended up driving around a banged up crotch rocket to the road home. No one around, guessing someone picked them up? We did have a couple LEO that lived in our neighborhood. Came home and poor husband felt so bad he couldn't catch up to that careless kid. Hope the girl turned out ok as she was in shorts/t-shirt and no helmet.

Mowed my lawn tonight. Lake day in the boat planned for Saturday.

Work was dumb today. We make notes in our system for parts on order, so customer service and sales can see updates as to expected delivery, qty incoming etc. Well one of my Buyers wrote "f/u with Receiving to get these received into system". Mind you, these parts were physically delivered a week ago, on last Thursday. Some snowflake in Receiving thought that meant "F U Receiving " lol. No. It means" follow up" , because their department didn't do the second part if their job, arguably the most important part of their job.

Yes, I got called into HR over this. No, none of my employees got in trouble. When I explained it to HR, she was like oh.... So sorry...

    Ummm yeah

WWW put bags of beef jerky in our stockings several years ago. Mine was Teriaki  lasted for months and still super flavorful even then.

I asked for more this Christmas, and ended up with a different brand =

A couple weeks ago he came home with a new bag, same company but the "Old Fashioned" recipe instead of teriaki. It's awesome!

Unfortunately I saw that at Carnegie Mellon university. We did a job there and the sign outside the bathrooms said anyone can go in any bathroom anytime so everyone feels more comfortable. Stupidest stuff I ever saw.

Love that, but would want the window lower so I could look out over the water while using the tab.

    That's not a bad idea.

You'd wait curtains other times, in case someone is outside :sherlock:
